4. Exchange Process
- Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back for exchange.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
