1. No Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns. Only exchanges are allowed as per the conditions mentioned below.
  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are only allowed in case of damaged, defective, or missing products.
  • To claim an exchange, a 360-degree unboxing video proof is mandatory.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and exchanged within 2 days of delivery.
  • Any exchange request without valid 360-degree video proof will not be accepted.

4. Exchange Process

  • Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back for exchange.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customized or clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange.
